Configuration 16 eLAC/E32 does not turn on - WKB124000

SYMPTOMS

• The diode on the power button is flashing with colors: white (4-second pause), orange (3-second pause), white (4-second pause), orange (3-second pause), and so on
• The sequence of the button flashes does not change after removal of RAM, RAM and SSD, or SSD only
• One click of the power button does not power-off the computer; pressing and holding the power button does not power-off the computer; unplugging and replugging power results in the same state as before unplugging (power button still flashes); connecting monitor to the LAC/E produces a black screen all the time
• After removing the internal battery and resetting the internal memory, the computer still does not work correctly

CAUSE

The main board does not work correctly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the main board (Dell part J17VT). Dell part description: CRD,PLN,MB,DTP,ATOM,E3845,3000
