- User logged in successfully in the morning
- User unable to log in in the afternoon
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
User swapped the username and password when trying to log in.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Use the correct credentials.
- Default administrator username is System.
- Default administrator password is manager.
