How to change the weighting to 1/x for the calibration curve in Empower - WKB12384

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Change the weighting in an Empower calibration curve.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• Empower 2
• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Open the processing method you want to use to process your data.
2. Click the Components tab.
3. In the table, look to the right of the component's name and locate the "Weighting" column.
4. Click in the field to see the drop-down menu.
5. Select the value that you want for a weighting value (example: 1/X).
6. Save your processing method, and then process your data to generate a curve using the newly selected weighting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The default value for Weighting is None.
