No. Windows does not allow two logins to the same PC; it logs off the current user, therefore stopping the acquiring run. You can walk up to the PC and have a second user log into Empower, since Empower allows multiple logins but only for walk up. The acquiring run continues. You could possibly use Team Viewer, then log into Empower as the second user.
