DP2019 R2 cannot be downloaded from the Waters website due to defects CRI-908 (INS-10026) and CRI-1733 (INS-11992). 

Waters Driver Pack 2019 Release 2 Service Release 1 (DP 2019 R2 SR1) was released to address these defects, and this revision supersedes the existing version.
