If you select "Constant flow rate up to specified flow rate" in "User settings" and save the instrument method with the default "Filling flow rate", "Filling pressure", and "Retention time", "Default: Constant flow rate up to specified pressure" is automatically set. It returns to "Flow rate". When using "Filling flow rate", "Filling pressure", and "Retention time" in the initial setting, it is recommended that you use "Initial setting: Constant flow rate up to the specified pressure" instead of "User setting".
