With Empower, Run and Process mode changes to Run mode only after 60 minutes - WKB118203

SYMPTOMS

• If a sample set is run using Run and Process mode, this changes to Run mode only with a run time of 60 minutes or more

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower Enterprise
• Acquisition
• Run Mode

CAUSE

Customer set a Global setting that the connection closes after 60 minutes of inactivity of a database.
 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Connection time must be changed by IT department.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Also, make sure that the sample set is not in buffering. When in buffering mode, mode will change from Run and Process to Run.
