Empower 3 uses the UPN prefix for the Empower username by default.
For example, if the UPN is jsmith@company.com, you can create the Empower username as jsmith in Empower 3.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To work around this issue, create the Empower user account as a local account using the desired Empower username. Change the local Empower account to an LDAP account, and associate the appropriate UPN with the Empower user account.
