Configuration Manager > View > Customize Time Zone list
In the Customize Time Zone list dialog box, select the time zone you want to move from one list to the other, and then click the appropriate arrow button to move it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After initial Empower installation and logging in to Empower as an admin for the first time, the user is prompted to set the appropriate time zone for the computer node on which Empower was installed. If this is never done, as in the case of an Empower database or Citrix server, those nodes are not registered in the Oracle database and will not appear in the Node list in Configuration Manager within Empower. If they are not registered, you may see random variations of time zones in Empower time stamps (for example, BST instead of IST on different sample sets or result sets on different days).
