• Create another peak within a peak with manual processing

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

- Draw a baseline across the entire peak
- Insert a drop line at the time when the elution of the noise peak ends.
- Delete the peak on the right side
- Draw a baseline on the noise peak
- Move the drop line mark to the right and draw a baseline entirely
