For new registrations on the Waters website, Waters has implemented a system that will allow immediate access to documentation after registration if the registration information matches our records in the system and if the system approves it. If it doesn't, our system administrators will be notified and will try to match up the information, usually by the next day. It should go through after their adjustment. One case where it may reject the registration is if it is registered under a generic group email instead of an individual's email address. For certain documents, specifically drivers, the customer's software must be on plan in order to download them.
If there are still issues, email the customer information, including the email address associated with their registration, to Customer_Communication@waters.com. Include details about the issue the customer is experiencing.
