SYMPTOMS

• A failing injector carryover test result set incorrectly shows as a "Pass" in the SQT qualification summary report

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY SQT (667003201 Rev AF) - Projects for the for the following detectors: 

     TUV, PDA, QDa, TUV with QDa, PDA with QDa, TUV with ELSD, and PDA with ELSD

• ARC SQT ( 667005355 Rev H) - Projects for the following detectors:

     2489, 2998, QDa, 2489 with QDa, 2998 with QDa, 2489 with 2424, and 2998 with 2424

CAUSE

Miscalculation in Custom field

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ensure that both the individual SQT test reports and the SQT qualification summary report are reviewed for failed results.
2. If failing injector carryover test result sets are brought in to the qualification summary report, line out the "PASS" and write in "FAIL". Initial and date the line out.
3. Include a copy of the Service Alert with the qualification document.
