Fatal error message in Empower 3 when attempting to add PC into internal network - WKB111557

SYMPTOMS
- Empower works fine when not connected to company's internal network
- Hitting Configure System, Run Samples, or Browse Project brings fatal error when the Ethernet cable is plugged in for the internal network
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Personal
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Go to the Empower file folder > Oracle > Oracle12cClient > network-admin.
- Open tnsnames.ora with Notepad.
- Change computername after Host = to localhost (change the part in Blue in the picture to localhost).
