SYMPTOMS

• Empower report has portions of the footer missing on some pages

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 SR3, FR5 tested

CAUSE

The cause of some of these issues was that the footer report groups were placed below the bottom margin in the report method.

The cause of the remainder of these issues was associated with composite report groups that include more than one report table.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. For the margin issue: Select View > Margins in the report editor and ensure that the footer report groups are a little above the bottom margin.
2. For composite report groups that include more than one report table:
   • Upgrade to Empower 3 SR5, where this issue has been fixed.
   • For versions prior to Empower 3 SR5, add a white line, transparent rectangle report group above the composite.
   • The white rectangle will not be visible on the report, and it can be of minimal height.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CRI-2472 has been entered as a defect for the issue with the composite report groups when they include more than one report table.
