SYMPTOMS
- Fail to process when logged in to Empower via Citrix
- Processing can be done from a physical client
- Similar symptoms occur for all users
- It looks like there are no jobs on the processing server monitor screen
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
- Citrix
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Log out of Empower with all users.
- Open Task Manager on the Citrix server and open the Details tab.
- Stop ProcSrvr.exe and Procmon.exe.
- Log in to Empower again via Citrix and verify that the processing can be performed.
