With Empower, cannot perform processing via Citrix - WKB109772

SYMPTOMS

  • Fail to process when logged in to Empower via Citrix
  • Processing can be done from a physical client
  • Similar symptoms occur for all users
  • It looks like there are no jobs on the processing server monitor screen

ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 Enterprise
  • Citrix

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Log out of Empower with all users.
  2. Open Task Manager on the Citrix server and open the Details tab.
  3. Stop ProcSrvr.exe and Procmon.exe.
  4. Log in to Empower again via Citrix and verify that the processing can be performed.
