SYMPTOMS
- User type has privilege to perform level 2 sign-off
- Cannot perform level 2 sign-off in a particular project
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
User logged into Empower with the privilege, but the project is set to a default user that does not have the privilege.
FIX or WORKAROUND
In the project properties on the Access tab, change the default user type to User's Own Type.
