SYMPTOMS

• It is displayed without problems on the Preview Report screen
• When converting or printing to a PDF, the characters may be expanded or condensed, and some characters may overlap.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

A proportional font has been applied to the report font.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the Report Method Editor.
2. Open the Properties window of the object whose characters are changed.
3. Open the Font tab.
4. Check the applied font, and if it is a proportional font, change it to a normal font.
   Example: Change from "MS P Gothic" to "MS Gothic"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Proportional fonts are basically those that have the letter “P” in the font name.
