CAUSE
The Thermo driver uses a different conversion to report Area and Height in Empower.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Create a custom field for Thermo projects to match the value with respect to Agilent.
Thermo_To_Ag_Area = Area*Scale to µV
Thermo_To_Ag_Height = Height*Scale to µV
