No channel chromatogram displayed in Empower - WKB102103

SYMPTOMS

Data was properly collected, but nothing appeared when opening the channel chromatogram.

ENVIRONMENT

Empower Personal

CAUSE

The chromatogram was hidden.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Hover the cursor over the upper edge of the peak table and pull it down when it becomes the icon highlighted by the red rectangle in the figure, and the chromatogram becomes visible.
   
   
2. Adjust the view as needed, click File > Save Preferences on the top left corner of the page, and then exit.
