SYMPTOMS

• Instrument Method does not appear in the method dropdown list within the Run Sample window.
• The instrument method is in the project's "Methods" tab.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The instruments in the instrument method do not match the instruments that are part of the chromatographic system that is currently being used by the open Run Samples window.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Adjust the instrument method's list of instruments to match the system configuration being used by the Run Samples window.
