SYMPTOMS

• Instrument Method does not appear in the method drop-down list in the Run Samples window
• The instrument method is on the project's Methods tab

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The instruments in the instrument method do not match the instruments that are part of the chromatographic system that is currently being used by the open Run Samples window.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Adjust the instrument method's list of instruments to match the system configuration being used by the Run Samples window.
