Numeric custom fields return zero values - WKB101615

SYMPTOMS
- Customer has two numeric custom fields: A_Stdcurv_018 and B_Stdcurv_018
- A_Stdcurv_018 = Peak type, Real; default value = 0.0000004653
- B_Stdcurv_018 = Peak type, Real; default value = 0.008556
- Another custom field uses these values: Konc_mg_ml_018
- All return zero values when "Run and process" is used
- Subsequent processing returns expected values

CAUSE
Incorrect regional settings for the welcome screen (System Account). "Run and process" uses the SYSTEM account.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Ensure that the correct regional settings and decimal separator are set for the current user, the Welcome screen (System accounts), and New users.
