ANSWER

■Modify the following settings on the Integration tab of the Processing method
1. Decrease the value of "Minimum Area" and "Minimum Height”
2. Decrease the value of “Threshold”
3. Decrease the value of “Peak Width”

* If you make the above changes, the settings will be applied to all peaks in the chromatogram; if you only want to apply them to the specific peak(s), use the event.

1. Event names for "Minimum area", "Minimum height": "Set Minimum Area", "Set Minimum Height"
2. Event name for "Threshold": "Set Liftoff", "Set Touchdown”
* The "Set Liftoff" is the Threshold set point for the peak start point, and the "Set Touchdown" is the Threshold set point for the peak end point.
3. Event name for "Peak width": “Set Peak Width”

*Since the above events don’t have an end time setting, if set only for the specific peak(s), add two lines of the events as shown above,
set the start time for each to a range which contains the elution time for the corresponding peak.
