Recommended procedure for cleaning the Oasis column 186002052:

1. 50:50 MeOH/water, 20 CV (half of the working flow)
2. 100 mL wash of the 50:50 200 mM phosphate buffer pH 6/MeOH
3. 50:50 MeOH/water, 20 CV (half of the working flow)
4. Condition with your mobile phase
5. A few blank injections to test the wash

You can also raise the column temperature during cleaning (this helps solubilize anything that may be on the column) and run an acid to help to release ionically bound compounds.
