ANSWER
In order to attach tubing from a larger container of extract to flow through the cartridges, use the following polypropylene parts:
WAT024310 - MALE/MALE LUER FITTING 100/BX
WAT054260 - SEP-PAK RESERVOIR ADAPTOR for 1/3/6cc cartridges
The tubing is not available from Waters, but it would be made of PEEK or non-Teflon with an inner diameter of 1/8".
