OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Navigate glycostore.org to locate information about GlycoWorks -apiFluor-MS labeled N-relased glycans.

2. Click on “Search”.

3. Select “Retention Times/Units”.

4. Click on the tab “Waters Data”.

5. Click the drop-down box arrow for “Label Type”.

6. Select “RFMS”.

7. Specify “4” for the “Minimum Value”.

8. Specify “16” for the “Maximum Value”.

9. Click on the “Go” button.

10. This brings you to a page entitled “Results Found in Waters UPLC RFMS Collection”.

11. This page provides you with the “Mono Mass (FRMS)” value and the “Gu” value for each glycan.

12. Click on “Gu↓↑” to sort the Gu listing ascending or descending.

13. Click on the name (link) for a glycan to see more information about that glycan—for example, click on F(6)A2.

14. Scroll to see related information for the selected glycan.
