OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Navigate to the GlyCosmos Portal to locate information about GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS labeled N-relased glycans.

Go to https://glycosmos.org/glycostore/uplc
Leave the field blank in the "GlyTouCan ID" Keyword field.
In the table on the left-had side of the screen, click the drop-down arrow in the "collection name" and then select the appropriate choice of Waters Analytes:
- Options include:
  - Waters EPO
  - Waters Enbrel
  - Waters Fetuin
  - Waters Herceptin
  - Waters High Mannose
  - Waters Infliximab
  - Waters NIST mAb
  - Waters hIG
Optional: Enter a minimum and maximum value for the Monoisotopic masses you are interested in seeing.
Optional: Enter a minimum GU value and a maximum GU value for the range you are looking for in the UPLC (2-AB) fields.
Optional: Enter a minimum GU value and a maximum GU value for the range you are looking for in the UPLC (Proc) fields.
Optional: Enter a minimum GU value and a maximum GU value for the range you are looking for in the UPLC (2-AA) fields.
Optional: Enter a minimum GU value and a maximum GU value for the range you are looking for in the UPLC (RFMS) fields.
Leave the min and max fields blank in the HPLC category.
Click on Search.
The table to the right will show the following data for each labeled glycan based on search criteria:
- GlyTouCan ID
- Collection Name
- Monoisotopic Mass
- UPLC (2-AB) GU Value (if provided)
- UPLC (Proc) GU Value (if provided)
- UPLC-2AA GU Value
- UPLC-RFMS GU value
This data can then be downloaded in various formats.
