Article number: 51754

ENVIRONMENT

  • Column cleaning
  • OST
  • Oligonucleotide analysis
  • ACQUITY
  • XBridge

ANSWER

To reduce the absorbtion of alkali metal ions to the column surface, the recommended cleaning procedure is to incorporate at the end of the gradient a low pH procedure using 50/50 Methanol/0.1% formic acid for 1 column volume.
