If cleaning the column with DMSO, the recommended cleaning injection solution should be 50:50 DMSO:H2O in a sample vial.

Then, run 100% H2O as the mobile phase and make 5 to 10 injections of the 50:50 DMSO:H2O solution as the cleaning solution.
