ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If addition of 1ppm citric acid or 1-5mM EDTA is added to mobile phase or sample to prevent sodium metabisulfate from chelating metals, a solubility study should be conducted to ensure that the sodium metabisulfate does not come out of solution.
