Dismounting the µMALDI source

To dismount the µMALDI source:

  1. Vent the instrument.
  2. Switch off the electronics.
  3. Unplug all µMALDI connections.
  4. Unclamp the µMALDI source and pull it back.
  5. Lower the source to the storage position.
  6. Fit the ion block.
  7. Switch on the electronics.
  8. Set the source temperature to 20°C
  9. Pump down the instrument.
