CAUSE
Any of the following:
- Blocked needle seat
- Blocked ABPR block
- Blocked tubing post-ABPR
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Flush the ABPR with 100% IPA.
- Replace the ABPR needle seat—included in the spares kit (700007692).
- Complete ABPR needle alignment.
