CAUSE
An analytical flow cell rated 1000 psi (70 bar), instead of an SFC PDA flow cell rated 5800 psi (400 bar), was installed on an SFC 2998 PDA. This caused high pressure, which resulted in a leak in the detector flow cell.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the cell assembly (700008232 - Cell Assy, 2998 Analyt 10 mm PL-400 Bar).
