SYMPTOMS

• 2767 does not collect fractions
• Injection is being made
• Fraction triggers are set correctly
• Fraction simulator shows that fractions should be collected

ENVIRONMENT

• Autopurification
• MassLynx
• FractionLynx
• 2767 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Restart the host PC.
2. Power cycle system components (except for mass spec).
3. If mass spec is on the system, reboot the EPC.
