• No communication with 515 pump on prep system
• No communication with waters pump control
• GPIB board present in national instruments

CAUSE

Faulty IEEE cable between PC and SFO on prep system

IEEE cable or GPIB board fitted incorrectly

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reseat GPIB board in PC and IEEE cable between PC and SFO
2. Replace IEEE cable part number WAT200491
3. Replace GPIB board wkb19969
