CAUSE
- Faulty IEEE cable between PC and SFO on prep system
- IEEE cable or GPIB board fitted incorrectly
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reseat GPIB board in the PC and IEEE cable between PC and SFO.
- Replace the IEEE cable (WAT200491).
- Replace the GPIB board (see wkb19969).
