- Prep 150 LC System
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector
CAUSE
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector lost nitrogen pressure
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector is not in Operate but flow is started
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reset ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector to clear the API nitrogen gas failure error.
- Reset the BGM pump via the Diagnostics menu:
