SYMPTOMS

• Fraction collection is not being triggered correctly 

• Fraction simulator suggests collection is completed successfully

• Fraction collection seems very random

ENVIRONMENT

• Autopurification
• FractionLynx
• MassLynx

CAUSE

Corrupted project or method in MassLynx

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close all software and reboot the PC.
2. Create a new project using the default project as template.
3. Recreate all methods and the fraction file.
