2767 Sample Manager sample probe does not go down into vial - WKB22556

SYMPTOMS

• 2767 Sample Manager sample probe goes to the correct vial location but does not go down into vial
• No error message
• Sample probe goes to the inject port but does not go down
• Z position recalibrated

ENVIRONMENT

• 2767 Sample Manager
• MassLynx

CAUSE

The Reference Calibrated check box is cleared.

FIX or WORKAROUND

In the inlet editor:

1. Select Waters2767 > Reference Position.
2. Select the Reference Calibrated check box.
3. Click OK.
