The ABPR does not achieve set pressure - WKB13781

SYMPTOMS

• The ABPR does not achieve the set pressure Delta pressure between the CO pump and the ABPR is high.

ENVIRONMENT

• Automatic Back Pressure Regulator (ABPR) Convergence Manager ACQUITY UPC.

CAUSE

The ABPR is not responding.  The ABPR must be reset.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Stop CO, Close out of software.
2. Power-off the ABPR and wait 10 seconds.
3. Power-on the ABPR.
4. Start the control software.
5. Start the method and ensure that the ABPR is communicating.
6. Confirm that the LEDs on the ABPR are on.
