• "Unable to calculate run time" error shows when trying to run FractionLynx sample collection

CAUSE

The MS Method run time does not start at 0 minutes.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Change the MS Method to start at 0 minutes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For example, when running a 10-minute prep run, if the MS Method is set to run from 1-10 minutes, this error will show. To correct, the MS Method must be changed to start at 0 minutes, so the method runs from 0-10 minutes.
