SYMPTOMS

• Left Injection Valve: Position Error
• Right Injection Valve: Position Error

ENVIRONMENT

• 2767 Sample Manager

CAUSE

Normal wear and tear, or the valve sensor of the injection valve may be defective.

The valve sensor is vulnerable to impact, and if a strong impact is applied to the injection valve body during the replacement work of the injector valve seal, the valve sensor may have problems and the above symptoms may occur. However, it is not possible to replace only the sensor.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the valve.

The valve motors are identical; only the replaceable front parts are different.
