IonKey Camera software won't open - WKB88510

SYMPTOMS
- Camera in IonKey environment will not launch from the tune page.
- Moving the USB port of the camera converter does not resolve the issue.
- Reloading the driver for the camera converter does not resolve the issue.
- Rebooting the PC and MS does not resolve the issue.
- Running the ML repair function does not resolve the issue.
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo G2-XS
- Xevo TQ-S
CAUSE
MassLynx software (Unknown).
FIX or WORKAROUND
Remove and reload MassLynx 4.1 software (should not require ReImage of PC).
