“Fluidics Error, Select Purge to recover" error persists - WKB85962

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot reset fluidics.
• Stuck on an error message that says "Select reset to recover," but when reset button is clicked, message appears again
• Resetting the EPC, restarting MassLynx, or restarting the PC does not resolve the issue
• Fluidics System Error
• Sample syringe item on Fluidics tab is grayed out on Tune Page

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-S
• Xevo G2-XS
• Synapt XS
• Synapt G2-Si

CAUSE

Poor communication

FIX or WORKAROUND

Open the source enclosure and close it with a slight pressure.

Wait for source pressure test to complete and fluidics to reinitialize.
