Flat baseline with Xevo TQ-S micro - WKB76650

SYMPTOMS

• Flat baseline during acquisitions with Xevo TQ-S micro
• There is neither signal nor noise in Tune page
• Some readbacks might be zero (e.g. detector voltages)
• Fluidics ok
• Rebooting the MS does not fix the problem

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Cancel the vacuum.
2. Exit from MassLynx.
3. Switch off the Xevo TQ-S micro.
4. Reboot the PC.
5. Switch on the Xevo.
6. Enter MassLynx and start vacuum.
