• Low sensitivity with SYNAPT G2-Si using Universal Nanoflow Sprayer

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2
• Universal Nanoflow Sprayer
• ACQUITY UPLC M-Class

CAUSE

Clogged emitter

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace the emitter and the union.
2. Trim the glass capillary tubing if it looks damaged at the end.
3. Optimize sprayer position using LockMass flow connected to the Nanoflow sprayer.
