Lost communication with Xevo G2 Tof on UNIFI - WKB62732

SYMPTOMS
- No fluidics readback for the Xevo G2 Tof in the acquisition console
- Xevo G2 Tof console doesn't respond to reset commands
ENVIRONMENT
- UNIFI workstation
- Xevo G2 Tof
- Xevo G2-XS
CAUSE
Power outage at site
FIX or WORKAROUND
- With UNIFI still open, go to the back of the Xevo G2 Tof and move the pump override switch (top switch) from the Auto position to the Override position.
- Move the electronics switch (bottom switch) from On to Off.
- Turn off the external EPC ( Xevo G2 Tof only )
- Wait at least 2 min.
- Turn on the electronics switch.
- Turn on the external EPC ( Xevo G2 Tof only )
- Monitor the response within UNIFI. Check for things like the fluidics showing an estimated time left for each sprayer, the vacuum readings updating, source is in Standby, and so on.
- When communication is established, switch the pump override switch back into the Auto position.
