SYMPTOMS
- Turbo does not spin more than 5% when unit is powered-on
- The rotary pump does not start up
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY QDa Mass Detector
CAUSE
The rotary pump power switch is off.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Turn off the QDa.
- Switch the rotary pump power switch to ON.
- Power-up the QDa.
