Mass spectrometer signal is low, capillary voltage is not active - WKB52512

SYMPTOMS

• Nonexistent or low signal from MS
• Capillary readback shows voltage does not reflect set point

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQD
• SQ Detector 2

CAUSE

Power outages, loss of communications, and crash venting can all cause this issue. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Adjust the capillary voltage slider, or enter a different set point for the capillary voltage.
2. Once the readback responds, set the capillary voltage back to the previous value.
