- Determined to be electronic by turning off capillary voltage and making ion energies as negative as possible

CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
1) Try clearing the tune page temp files from the C:\Masslynx\"instrument name" folder and rebooting the EPC.

2) If step 1 does not resolve the issue, vent the mass spectrometer and power-cycle the instrument.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Disconnecting the power cord for 15 minutes might be required.
