- Determined to be electronic by turning off capillary voltage and making ion energies as negative as possible

CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
1) Try clearing the tune page temp files in the C:\Masslynx\"instrument named" folder and rebooting the EPC.

- tuneprm.ipr
2) If Step #1 above does not resolve the issue, vent the mass spectrometer and power cycle the Instrument

Disconnecting power cord for 15 minutes might be required.
