ANSWER

THF is not compatible with the QDa for instruments starting with serial numbers KAA or KAB. For QDa detectors with serial number starting with KAD, the maximum concentration THF to be used is 15%. See also the ACQUITY QDa Detector Overview and Maintenance guide.

For the KAD series there is an additional Extended Solvent Compatible Kit available to allow concentrations THF of up to 90%. For more information click this link.
