SYMPTOMS
- First line of sample list is injected
- After injection, it does not move to the next line; it reinjects the same vial
- No data is acquired
- Status shows "Waiting on Injection"
ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE
Improper communication between ACQUITY UPLC and Quattro Premier
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reboot the EPC on the Quattro Premier.
