- Opiates assay shows decreased response for all transitions
- Cleaning the source block assembly and source cone does not improve the situation
- Setup solution infusion tests shows normal response for MS1 and MS2
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo TQD
CAUSE
Dirty or compromised ESI probe capillary
FIX or WORKAROUND
Rebuild the ESI probe and replace the capillary.
